Public forms
Submit only the information needed for initial contact.
Epyk uses contact and assessment intake submissions to review fit, respond to inquiries, and coordinate a next conversation.
Sensitive-material warning
Do not submit passwords, credentials, export-controlled information, CUI, ITAR-controlled technical data, proprietary customer files, or other sensitive material through this public form.
The public forms are not approved for controlled or sensitive material. If documents or restricted information become necessary, an appropriate transfer method and scope should be established after intake.
Use and service providers
Form submissions support direct follow-up.
Epyk may use website hosting, form-processing, and email-delivery providers to receive and respond to inquiries. The site does not use public-form copy to claim a controlled-data workflow.
Epyk does not sell personal information submitted through the public website forms. Submitted information may be retained as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, support a potential engagement, and maintain ordinary business records.
To request correction or deletion of contact information submitted through the site, email contact@epyk-systems.com. Legal, security, or ordinary business-record obligations may limit what can be changed or deleted.
